Keith holds two UK Post Graduate qualifications in Management Studies and Further Education Teaching, equipping him with the advanced knowledge to navigate complex financial landscapes and implement effective business strategies. Mehrunissa, the Chief Financial Officer of Mobay and Company, is a highly respected professional known for her extensive expertise in financial and project management, backed by over 25 years of experience in business finance. Holding a solid foundation in management graduating with an Institute of Administrative Management Diploma and a Prince2 Practitioner qualification in Project Management, she combines deep financial acumen with innovative leadership to drive organisational success.

Throughout her career, Mehrunissa has demonstrated an exceptional ability to optimise financial operations and lead strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency. Her proficiency in financial planning, resource allocation, and budgeting has been instrumental in ensuring fiscal sustainability across community care settings. As a Care Quality Commission Registered Manager, she has created frameworks to streamline financial management and support high-performing teams.

Mehrunissa is a change-maker with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects. Her hands-on experience in project management has seen her spearhead organisational transformations, effectively co-ordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex portfolios. Her ability to devise and execute strategic plans has consistently resulted in improved operational performance and service delivery.

Derek is a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer and experienced management consultant with over 30 years business experience including telecommunications and electronics. 

Specialising in Program Management, Design Manufacturing, and Business Development, Derek has a proven track record in helping businesses improve their performance by optimizing their practices and procedures. At the same time, he enables key members of their management teams to operate efficiently within the business environment.

Derek’s key areas of expertise are in Mobile Phone Development and Manufacture, Software Development and Test, Change Management and Network Architecture and Implementation.

Dereks professional experience includes GEC Telecommunications, Ferranti Telecommunication, Orbitel Telecommunications, Kenwood Electronics, Nortel Telecommunications, SUN Microsystems, 4D Sales and Marketing, Black & Brahman, Berkshire High Tower Group.

Derek has a HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma (MSc) in Digital Techniques, and is a Master of Business Administration.

Marianne serves as Major Project Partner at Mobay and Company.  She is a Master of Business Administration (MBA), dedicating her efforts to the people of Africa where she has introduced pioneering and transformative investment strategies. With a career rooted in geopolitical insight and macroeconomic precision, she has led multi-billion-pound Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initiatives in Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Kenya, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo—advancing infrastructure in energy, education, healthcare, and housing.

At Mobay and Company, Marianne drives inclusive growth and legacy-focused investment, leveraging instruments such as PPPs, EPC+F, and hedge fund equity to unlock generational wealth and climate resilience. Her leadership remains central to the UK’s “Trade Not Aid” agenda, and she played a key role in shaping the UK-Africa Investment Summit.

A former UK politician and the first African woman elected as councillor in Kensington & Chelsea, Marianne is also a decorated volunteer, honoured with multiple Mayor of London awards for her work in youth safety and community cohesion. Her “Prosperity Mindset” and commitment to corruption-free investment continue to position her as a trusted advisor at presidential level—championing Africa’s emergence as a cornerstone of the multipolar global economy.

Regina Keino, Managing Director, East Africa, is a professional recognised for her expertise in strategic communications, high-level networking, and the integration of innovative systems that elevate organisational performance. With a proven track record in forging high-value partnerships and advancing initiatives across diverse sectors, Regina plays a key role in shaping strategies that foster sustainable growth and social impact.

Having graduated from Graffins in Business and Marketing and completing advanced training as a Behaviour Technician through EDS Learning Institute, Regina combines her academic foundation with a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and client experience. These qualifications inform her dynamic approach to optimising information channels and leveraging partnerships to create meaningful outcomes.

Her work with Biokube Company Limited as a local representative and project coordinator, along with her curriculum development contributions for the speech-language pathology programme at MTRH School of Medicine, reflect her talent for translating complex needs into clear solutions that connect people with transformative opportunities.

Renowned for her VIP relationship management, Regina has successfully aligned clients with global networks and joint venture specialists, ensuring that strategic initiatives meet their full potential. Her strengths lie in cultivating collaborative ecosystems that enhance access, innovation, and long-term value.

Beyond her professional contributions, Regina is a passionate advocate for inclusion. As founder of Stewards of Children with Special Needs Organisation in Nairobi and a member of the Global Advisory Board of Smiles for Speech, she champions initiatives that improve access to essential services such as speech therapy for underserved families.

Mehdi brings over 20 years of international leadership across investment strategy, business development, and market expansion. As Senior Partner at Mobay and Company Limited, he applies deep expertise in international trade and financial negotiation, supported by an academic foundation in International Business Administration from United States International University.

His portfolio includes senior roles with D.S Max Canada, Marriott International, and 360 Sourcing International, where he oversaw investment planning, cross-border operations, and strategic growth. Mehdi also led expansion efforts across Africa, MENA, and Southeast Asia for T-Box Global, driving portfolio diversification and regional market penetration.

Through his entrepreneurial ventures—including founding Mobensurf International and Le Papillion—Mehdi has demonstrated a sharp ability to navigate emerging markets, develop resilient investment frameworks, and build strong partnerships across industries. His insight into procurement, distribution, and innovation allows him to identify underleveraged assets and transform them into high-performing ventures.

Mahmoud serves as Lead Partner at Mobay and Company, where he oversees strategic initiatives and cultivates high-value networks that propel the firm’s international growth. A graduate in Business Travel and Tourism and fluent in Arabic, Mahmoud brings a versatile background in business operations, having held senior roles across mobile phone wholesale, luxury retail, and real estate development.

Previously, he spearheaded the growth of a high-end flooring company in London, earning recognition for his negotiation expertise, project coordination, and team leadership. His portfolio includes the successful delivery of numerous property refurbishment and development ventures across the UK, all reflecting his precision, adaptability, and market awareness.

Mahmoud's global perspective is anchored in his direct engagement with international government and industry contacts, empowering Mobay and Company to identify strategic opportunities and foster impactful cross-border partnerships. Known for his diplomatic communication style and relationship-building acumen, he plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's presence across real estate, infrastructure, and investment sectors.

His leadership reflects an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts, and a rare ability to navigate diverse professional networks with purpose and tact—driving Mobay and Company’s resilience in a dynamic global landscape.

Fred is a project partner and holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, governance, and operational transformation across Kenya’s public and private sectors.

His expertise spans financial policy formulation, regulatory compliance, and budgetary oversight for complex institutions and high-impact initiatives. Fred previously served as Assistant Finance Manager at the National Construction Authority, a parastatal under Kenya’s Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development, where he led the development and implementation of financial policies and annual budgeting frameworks.

Earlier in his career, he was Financial Accountant at Sameer Africa Ltd, a regional tyre manufacturer with operations across East and Central Africa. Fred brings to Mobay a wealth of financial acumen, institutional insight, and a commitment to enabling sustainable growth and innovation across Africa.
