Her career spans the successful optimisation of financial operations, strategic planning, and resource management across complex environments, including community care. As a Care Quality Commission Registered Manager, she has built governance frameworks that enhance financial sustainability and support high‑performing teams.

A proven leader in organisational change, Mehrunissa has directed major transformation projects, managed cross‑functional teams, and delivered improved operational outcomes through precise execution and strategic oversight. Her ability to translate vision into measurable results has consistently advanced service delivery and institutional resilience.

Derek is a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer and experienced management consultant with over 30 years business experience including telecommunications and electronics. 

Specialising in Program Management, Design Manufacturing, and Business Development, Derek has a proven track record in helping businesses improve their performance by optimizing their practices and procedures. At the same time, he enables key members of their management teams to operate efficiently within the business environment.

Derek’s key areas of expertise are in Mobile Phone Development and Manufacture, Software Development and Test, Change Management and Network Architecture and Implementation.

Dereks professional experience includes GEC Telecommunications, Ferranti Telecommunication, Orbitel Telecommunications, Kenwood Electronics, Nortel Telecommunications, SUN Microsystems, 4D Sales and Marketing, Black & Brahman, Berkshire High Tower Group.

Derek has a HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma (MSc) in Digital Techniques, and is a Master of Business Administration.

With a career rooted in geopolitical insight and macroeconomic precision, she has led Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initiatives in Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Kenya, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo—advancing infrastructure in energy, education, healthcare, and housing.

At Mobay and Company, Marianne drives inclusive growth and legacy-focused investment, leveraging instruments such as PPPs, EPC+F, and hedge fund equity to unlock climate resilience. Her leadership remains central to the UK’s “Trade Not Aid” agenda, and she played a key role in shaping the UK-Africa Investment Summit.

A former UK politician and the first African woman elected as councillor in Kensington & Chelsea, Marianne is also a decorated volunteer, honoured with multiple Mayor of London awards for her work in youth safety and community cohesion. Her “Prosperity Mindset” and commitment to corruption-free investment continue to position her as a trusted advisor at presidential level—championing Africa’s emergence as a cornerstone of the multipolar global economy.

Mehdi brings over 20 years of international leadership across investment strategy, business development, and market expansion. As Senior Partner at Mobay and Company Limited, he applies deep expertise in international trade and financial negotiation, supported by an academic foundation in International Business Administration from United States International University.

His portfolio includes senior roles with D.S Max Canada, Marriott International, and 360 Sourcing International, where he oversaw investment planning, cross-border operations, and strategic growth. Mehdi also led expansion efforts across Africa, MENA, and Southeast Asia for T-Box Global, driving portfolio diversification and regional market penetration.

Through his entrepreneurial ventures—including founding Mobensurf International and Le Papillion—Mehdi has demonstrated a sharp ability to navigate emerging markets, develop resilient investment frameworks, and build strong partnerships across industries. Having graduated from Graffins in Business and Marketing and completing advanced training as a Behaviour Technician through EDS Learning Institute, Regina combines her academic foundation with a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and client experience. These qualifications inform her dynamic approach to optimising information channels and leveraging partnerships to create meaningful outcomes.

Her work with Biokube Company Limited as a local representative and project coordinator, along with her curriculum development contributions for the speech-language pathology programme at MTRH School of Medicine, reflect her talent for translating complex needs into clear solutions that connect people with transformative opportunities.

A graduate in Business Travel and Tourism and fluent in Arabic, Mahmoud brings a versatile background in business operations, having held senior roles across mobile phone wholesale, luxury retail, and real estate development.

Previously, he spearheaded the growth of a high-end flooring company in London, earning recognition for his negotiation expertise, project coordination, and team leadership. His portfolio includes the successful delivery of numerous property refurbishment and development ventures across the UK, all reflecting his precision, adaptability, and market awareness.

Mahmoud's global perspective is anchored in his direct engagement with international government and industry contacts, empowering Mobay and Company to identify strategic opportunities and foster impactful cross-border partnerships. Known for his diplomatic communication style and relationship-building acumen, he plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's presence across real estate, infrastructure, and investment sectors.

Fred is a project partner and holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, governance, and operational transformation across Kenya’s public and private sectors.

His expertise spans financial policy formulation, regulatory compliance, and budgetary oversight for complex institutions and high-impact initiatives. Fred previously served as Assistant Finance Manager at the National Construction Authority, a parastatal under Kenya’s Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development, where he led the development and implementation of financial policies and annual budgeting frameworks.

Earlier in his career, he was Financial Accountant at Sameer Africa Ltd, a regional tyre manufacturer with operations across East and Central Africa. Fred brings to Mobay a wealth of financial acumen, institutional insight, and a commitment to enabling sustainable growth and innovation across Africa.
