As a leader who has engaged with high-ranking government officials in venues such as the Prime Minister's office and the House of Lords, UK, Keith has played a pivotal role in shaping multimillion-pound Government initiatives, including the Learning and Skills Council, Business Link, and Primary Care Trusts.

His expertise in fostering business growth and driving financial success is evident in his ability to excel across these diverse sectors. Keith now focuses on delivering multi-million-pound projects in healthcare, infrastructure and food security in Africa.

Keith holds two UK Post Graduate qualifications in Management Studies and Further Education Teaching, equipping him with the advanced knowledge to navigate complex financial landscapes and implement effective business strategies. Marianne serves as Chief Investment Officer and Major Project Partner at Mobay and Company.  She is a Master of Business Administration (MBA), dedicating her efforts to the people of Africa where she has introduced pioneering and transformative investment strategies. With a career rooted in geopolitical insight and macroeconomic precision, she has led multi-billion-pound Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initiatives in Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Kenya, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo—advancing infrastructure in energy, education, healthcare, and housing.

At Mobay and Company, Marianne drives inclusive growth and legacy-focused investment, leveraging instruments such as PPPs, EPC+F, and hedge fund equity to unlock generational wealth and climate resilience. Her leadership remains central to the UK’s “Trade Not Aid” agenda, and she played a key role in shaping the UK-Africa Investment Summit.

He co-founded pHKind, a purpose-led brand that reimagines health ownership through education, storytelling, and scalable lifestyle solutions. His approach blends commercial acumen with grassroots credibility—positioning wellbeing not as a product, but as a platform for equity and agency.

Patrick’s influence extends beyond business. In June 2020, during the Black Lives Matter demonstrations in London, he made global headlines for an act of extraordinary courage and integrity—carrying a far-right counter-protester to safety amid escalating tensions.
