As a UK Member of Parliament Claudia served the constituency of Leicester East (2019 -2024) representing a residential population of 78,754. In Parliament, she was a Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Environmental Audit Committee, Backbench Business Committee, Committee on Arms Export Control, and the Arctic and Polar Research Committee.  She was also Shadow Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (Jan 2020 -April 2020). Her experience lies in legislative affairs, scrutiny, stakeholder engagement, political and policy development. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating parliamentary procedures and undertaking impactful casework tackling inequity, injustice and poverty.
At Islington Council, she was the Executive Member for Environment and Transport where she led the development of healthy streets and taking decisive action on tackling the climate emergency. She pioneered Bunhill Energy, which extracted waste heat from London’s Underground to heat homes, providing more efficient, more affordable community energy.

Claudia was a Policy Advisor/Director (now known as Deputy Mayors) for Culture, Arts, Sports and Tourism to the first Mayor of London.

Polly possesses extensive experience in partnership development and excels in delivering workshops. Her dedication to community work and mental health recovery earned her a nomination for Pride of Reading in 2007. As the Chair of Trustees for Graft Thames Valley, she celebrated the organisation's Pride of Reading 2012 award for making a significant difference.

Her strategic expertise extends to working closely with government ministers to address inequalities in health and social care. Polly was ordained in September 2020. 

Polly's experience spans community and youth engagement, organisational development, and event and conference organisation. In 2013, she led community development workshops for a project in Italy, showcasing her capability in international training.

Patrick is a personal trainer, athletics coach, martial artist, author, and co-founder of pHKind, a health and wellness brand that empowers individuals to take ownership of their health. 

He started his training in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 12 and is now a Muay Thai practitioner of over 20 years. He also holds a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

On June 13, 2020, Patrick and his companions felt an urge to go to the Black Lives Matter demonstrations in central London. Their mission was to protect women and children from the aggressive confrontations of far-right counter-demonstrators and football hooligans.

Amid the crowds, a profound moment unfolded - an image of Patrick carrying a far-right counter-protestor on his shoulders, preventing the individual from enduring severe harm. This act of courage not only shielded the BLM movement from negative publicity but also reshaped the narrative surrounding it.

Patrick's heroic act garnered widespread international attention. Within hours, major news outlets were captivated by his story. His image graced the covers of renowned magazines such as Men's Health, GQ, and Vogue.

Upon completing his studies, David received multiple offers from London-based design consultancies. Within six months of joining John Michael Design Consultants in London, he was recruited by Rodney Fitch & Co., one of the largest major design consultancies in the UK, on a freelance basis. In this role, he produced high-end artist impressions and visuals for various design teams, working under tight deadlines to sell design schemes to clients.

David also briefly served as a part-time lecturer at St Martins College of Art & Design.
